Refund and Cancellation Policy

Seven days, no questions asked — and how to actually get your money back.

The guarantee

If the book does not help you, tell us within seven days of buying it and we refund you in full. You do not have to justify it, and you do not have to return or delete anything.

How to ask

Reply to the email that delivered your download link, or write to shopatcipher@gmail.com from the address you bought with. Include your payment reference if you have it — it is in the delivery email — though we can find your order from your email address alone.

How long it takes

We approve refunds within 2 working days of your request. Razorpay then returns the money to the original payment method, which usually takes 5 to 7 working days for cards and UPI. That second part is your bank's timeline, not ours.

Cancellations

Because the book is delivered immediately, there is no separate cancellation window — the seven-day refund replaces it, and is more generous than cancelling would be.

After seven days

The guarantee has expired, but write to us anyway if something is genuinely wrong — a corrupted file, a link that never arrived, a payment taken twice. We will fix it or refund it regardless of the date.

If you were charged and got nothing

Email us with your payment reference. If money left your account and no book arrived, that is our problem to solve, and we will either deliver the book or refund you the same day we hear from you.
