How and when the e-book reaches you.

Digital delivery only

The Side Door sells e-books. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

When it arrives

A download link is emailed within minutes of a successful payment, to the email address on the Google account you signed in with.

What you receive

A link to download the book as both PDF and EPUB. The link does not expire, and you can download it again whenever you need to.

If it does not arrive

Check your promotions and spam folders first — automated email often lands there. If it is not there within an hour, email shopatcipher@gmail.com and we will send it by hand. A payment that succeeded always results in a book, one way or another.

Wrong email address

Delivery goes to your verified Google address, so it cannot be mistyped at checkout. If you no longer have access to that inbox, email us from any address with your payment reference and we will verify and resend.
